We make all arrangements directly with VA. Then we call you to schedule the time of your pickup. And we bring you back home when you're done. And it's paid directly by VA.

Our drivers are friendly and courteous. They are trained, certified, licensed, and insured. We conduct background checks, drug and alcohol testing, citizenship verification, and safe driving record reviews.

To ensure your safety and comfort, all our drivers are trained in CPR, First Aid, AED, safe driving, passenger securement, and customer sensitivity. In addition, all our drivers are fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

Our vehicles are comfortable, clean, and in excellent condition. They are inspected, insured, and compliant with ADA standards. In addition, they are equipped to transport wheelchairs.

We use advanced technology to guide your trip and ensure that you have an excellent experience. Our equipment includes cell phones, tablets, GPS, and monitoring cameras in all of our vehicles.
We operate from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are also available.

1. Who can use Non-Emergency Medical Transport?
Anyone can use our Non-Emergency Medical Transport regardless of age, sex, physical or medical condition, including:
· Elderly individuals
· People with disabilities
· Patients undergoing medical treatments (chemotherapy, dialysis, etc.)
· Individuals recovering from surgery
· People who need transportation but are unable or don’t want to use regular transportation.
· People who don’t want to take the bus or a shared ride.
· If you do not have someone to drive you, or you do not want to inconvenience anyone.
· If you do not own a vehicle or just do not want to drive.
2. Can I use your service for other purposes than medical appointments?
You can only use our service for the purpose approved by VA. We provide transportation services for almost every activity including visits to the Doctor, Dentist, Eye Doctor, Eyeglasses, Therapy, Hospital, Dialysis, Chemotherapy and many others.

Yes, our vehicles can accommodate your special needs including a wheelchair or a walker.
5. Will you help me get in and out of the vehicle or climb stairs if necessary?
Yes, our drivers will provide any assistance necessary including getting in and out of the vehicle or getting up or down stairs.
6. Can I bring someone to accompany me during the trip?
Yes, you can bring someone to accompany you during your trip at no extra cost. The person will be picked up and dropped off at your same location and at the same time.
7. Will you help if I have a medical emergency while in transport?
If you have a medical emergency while in transport you will be taken to a medical facility for treatment. Also our drivers are trained to provide basic first aid or emergency procedures if necessary.
8. Will you send me appointment reminders?
Yes, with your approval we will send you appointment reminders. You decide if you want them by telephone, email or text message.
9. Do I need to call VA to arrange for transport?
No, VA will make the arrangements when they set up your appointment for care.

We aim to be punctual, but delays can happen. We confirm your ride time in advance and allow for extra time. In addition, we use special guidance systems to plan and monitor your route, including making changes in real time.
